Custard Bread

When I first saw this recipe I was intrigued  because I've never met such bread before. It   uses a "custard" as a base, that is mixed with the dough.
This bread is very easy to make.  It has a wonderful  taste and texture. It is a little bit sweet, very soft and reminds a breakfast roll. What else can I say. Only that I went nuts over it.

Kefir Scones

I like scones very much. After all, what could be easier to cook than these fast buns. 30 minutes and you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast. Also I like it because scones themselves are quite neutral and can be completed  both sweet and savory toppings
Classic Scones are cooked with milk or cream, but I came up to decision to make them with kefir. And I wasn't disappointed with result.

Corn Rolls

I'm very fond of corn. For example pastries with cornmeal. And now I want to share  the recipe of yeast corn rolls with golden brown crust, tender texture and mild cornmeal flavor.
